摘要:
膳食炎症指数是基于文献衍生的、用于评估膳食炎症水平的工具。研究表明,慢性炎症状态参与许多疾病的发生与发展,而饮食是调节炎症的重要因素之一。膳食炎症指数为许多慢性疾病的预防和管理提供了新思路,目前已广泛应用于慢性疾病。本文就膳食炎症指数在慢性疾病中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为饮食与疾病的临床研究提供参考。
