幻肢痛的临床治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

幻肢痛(Phantom limb pain,PLP)又称肢幻痛觉,是截肢术后的常见并发症。具有发生率高、疼痛程度严重、治疗难度大等特点、给患者带来痛苦,严重影响患者的生活质量,促使人们不断探索新的治疗方法。本文从PLP的药物治疗、物理治疗、手术介入治疗、心理行为治疗及中医药治疗等方面进行综述,旨在为临床工作提供参考。
