摘要:
脑卒中是严重影响居民健康的高致死、致残率疾病。卒中的幸存者广泛存在多种功能障碍,其中卒中后认知障碍(post stroke cognitive impairment, PSCI)严重影响患者生活质量,增加病死率和痴呆风险,给卒中患者的全面康复带来巨大的挑战。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)作为一种非侵入性的脑刺激康复技术,近年来被逐渐应用于PSCI的治疗,但其对PSCI各个认知领域的疗效和参数尚未统一,因此本文对目前各类治疗方案做综述。
