血尿酸与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值在糖脂代谢相关疾病中的研究进展

摘要

血尿酸/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(serum uric acid to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio, UHR)作为一项能反映炎症水平和代谢状态的新型标志物,已被证实与2型糖尿病、代谢综合征、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、缺血性心肌病等糖脂代谢相关疾病及其他疾病有着不同程度的相关性,因此,本文主要阐述UHR在糖脂代谢相关疾病中的预测、诊断、评估病情控制情况的作用。
